Arch Capital Group Ltd.’s Post

Nicholas Granowsky joined Arch in May 2023 as a Talent Operations Specialist after completing not one, but two internships with Arch’s HR and Talent Acquisition teams. Then, in October 2024, after just 17 months as a full-time employee, Nick was promoted to Talent Management Specialist.   “I’ve had a wonderful experience working on the Arch team,” Nick says, “which is why I’ve kept returning!”   Nick’s positive experience during his internships at Arch also played a huge role in his success.   “From my first internship to my current role, I have felt supported every step of the way,” he says. “I am very thankful to have received opportunities to work with such special people.”   As for what’s next, Nick has a specific goal in mind.   “In the next five to 10 years, I hope to continue growing in the talent management space, bringing a data-driven approach to decision-making across all talent functions.”   Now that he’s reaping the fruits of his hard work, diligence and perseverance, Nick offers his words of advice and encouragement to Arch’s incoming interns.   “Be open-minded and lean into opportunities that come your way,” he says. “Internships are not just an opportunity to learn about a certain industry or line of work, but also to learn about yourself.” #InternSuccess #LifeAtArch #TeamArch
