Yesterday, at the Milan office of Ughi e Nunziante, we ran a new edition of @ccursharing titled "Business valuation: theory and practice for the legal sector." The growing involvement of law firms in certain technical financial matters led us to organise this seminar dedicated to business valuation, a crucial topic for professionals engaged in M&A, litigation and arbitration. Our colleagues Silvia Baroffio, Davide Palazzo and Guido Rizzente introduced participants to the main valuation methods used, before delving into practical cases to demonstrate the concrete application of these methodologies and clarify any uncertainties that may arise in the valuation process. We sincerely thank all attendees for their enthusiastic participation, insightful questions and keen interest, which all contributed to making this seminar a valuable learning experience for everyone.
