Actually in US, Asian Americans have the highest life expectancy of 84 versus Hispanics' 78.8. Do you think AARP doesn't know this or they just want to tell you something else?

6dIt's their food, their diets. When I traveled central and southern Mexico, and had real Mexican food not "Tex-Mex", I was amazed at the flavors and dishes and I ate like fat kid at an all you can eat ice cream buffet and yet still lost weight and didn't feel bloated. When I asked my escorts about the food, I was told that because they do not have the infrastructure, reliable power and such, that the chicken I was eating was srunning around that morning. Most dishes are made with fresh meats, vegetables and fruits daily. The same in Asian countries outside of Metropolitan cities, they don't eat a lot of processed foods, it's usually pretty fresh. I believe that the longevity runs concurrent with what we put into our bodies. American food is GMO, processed to the hilt for "shelf" life and contains less than 25% of the nutrients from fresh foods. Look at the chemicals from seed to plate that "civilized" countries put into their food supplies.
