Through many years, we have evolved our expertise in using the electric arc process and mastered becoming specialist 👨🔬 for pure aluminum spraying in Pulversheim. 📢 Today, we are proud to share our partnership with one of the major players in the control valve industry for offshore platforms. This project was a challenge, as there were more than 300 units per year required. But thanks to our substantial equipment we were able to take on this challenge and to coat both - small and very large valves 🛠️, which was also a key factor in this project. Pure aluminum spraying aims to protect the parts from corrosion and roughness ensures that parts don't slip out of hands during assembly - especially important when working on offshore platforms! 😉 For this reason, our customer chose our professional coating skills, but they appreciated most the good preparation work 📝, which is essential for us in every project.
