Hey, this is Annie with your Public speaking Tip of the day. Today I want you to try something fun. Before you walk into a room, sometimes you get nervous. I want you to think about that person who is never nervous, that person who you think of. And you go, wow, they have such confidence when they walk into a room. It could be a colleague, it could be a family member, it could be a movie star. Pretend to be them. See what it feels like to walk into the room as them. You don't have to speak, just embody them. See how that feels? Because it might not be too far away. From how you can feel. Try it.
