Something different this week with the team.... VSM - Value stream mapping to understand the 'current state' of the sales process, hand offs, any gaps, delays and to identify areas for improvement. This session had all the key players in the room. It enabled our new Sales Operations Manager (who will be introduced soon) to fully understanding how things 'work' around here too. Orange post it notes are action points. Above all else why we did this, is to ensure that our sales processing is customer focussed, smooth, enabling us to service our customers as effectively and efficiently possible.
