- [Instructor] Cloud native architectures encourage a fundamental shift in the philosophy of how your organization works with the applications. STOSA, described in the previous lesson, is a major component of this transition. However, success can be fleeting. If you consider being cloud native as a goal to achieve and nothing more, then once you've achieved the goal, you have not made any fundamental systemic changes which can provide a long lasting value to your organization. Instead, the time, money and energy you put into building your application as a cloud native application will be for naught because unless your entire company culture has adapted to the new paradigm, you will eventually fall back into old habits, and your benefits will dwindle away.
