    I appreciate that this course truly focuses on strategies. I learned new vocabulary to label experiences I've had as a young professional woman and have a stronger capacity to recognize those situations as they arise. I also appreciated the gender-inclusive content, which directly linked to gender norms in society at large and how they impact individual experiences in the workplace. The mindfulness content was a nice addition, especially because protecting mental health is essential for those who are constantly stressed, fearful, or anxious.
