Using a card wallet

Using a card wallet

- You notice when we're in the field we get a lot of images that we needed to take care of. Well to do that I use card wallets. It's pretty simple. I always travel with two. I put 'em in my pockets and I have one full and one empty. Now the one in my right pocket has the empty cards. So when you need a new card I take it out, pop out a card, toss it in the camera. When I take the card out of the camera I put it into the one inside my left pocket. Notice different color, different style. Just makes it easy. All I say is the card in the right pocket is the right one to use. And the card in the left pocket should be left alone. Pretty easy trick there to make sure you don't stumble upon which cards you should be shooting with. The other benefit of the card wallet is it just keeps your data safe. The tend to protect against shock or being crushed. Accidental damage. And that works out really really well for you. Once you're back in the field you can come back into your studio environment…
