- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to create our first project and it will actually follow us through through several of the upcoming videos and chapters. So this is going to be a small commercial office building. So we're going to want to base this off the commercial template that's provided with the software. So for this example, we're going to kind of review a few of the steps that we did in the previous video about templates, and we're going to start with that basic commercial template and then we're going to configure some of the overall settings in that project and give it a name. So pretty simple task ahead of us, let's go ahead and get started. So I'm going to click the new button here under Models, and if the template you want is on this list, you can just simply choose it here and click Okay. Otherwise, you can browse to it.
