- [Instructor] Now we're in the developing stage of the software development process. In this section, we'll use Jira to track work and Bitbucket to track changes. As I previously mentioned, there are three types of Jira. Jira Work Management is for business teams. Jira Software is for development teams. And Jira Service Management is for support teams. You can use one type by itself or combine multiple types to support the entire organization. For our simple use case, I'm assuming you have Jira Software and will track all work for the Rebrand initiative and one Software type project. That's the easiest model, but it's certainly not the only one. It's also possible that you have multiple types of Jira and multiple projects in each type.
