Configuring boards

- [Instructor] Boards provide a powerful view of issue status. The template I use to create the Rebrand project didn't come with the board, so I created my own. Let's discuss the different types of boards and create one like this example. Jira has two types of boards, Scrum and Kanban. These terms are from the agile software development methodology. Scrum boards are for teams that deliver their work in regular fixed intervals called sprints. The sprints have set start dates, include a set number of issues and strict completion deadlines. Kanban boards are for teams with more flexible delivery schedules, GR projects, and GR users can have multiple boards of either type. The different board types have different features.
