Using Vanishing Point to paste in perspective

- [Instructor] Using Vanishing Point is an excellent way to paste one photograph into another in order to match the perspective. I have two images open. I have this banner image and then an image of a house. We'll start with the Iceland banner, and I need to select everything. So I'll choose Select All, and then I'm going to copy this to the clipboard by using Edit and then Copy. Then we'll move to the Iceland image, and I want to put this banner on its own layer just to keep it more flexible. So at the bottom of the layers panel, I'll click on the new layer icon in order to add that, and we'll call this "banner." Now the Vanishing Point command does not work with smart objects, so that's why I created this banner layer. But we do have that content copied to the clipboard. So when I choose the Filter menu, and then select Vanishing Point, we'll still have that content available to paste, but we don't want to paste it yet. We need to first define the perspective.
