Adding a 3D rig
- We've been using 3D cameras and 3D layers to do some pretty cool things. But what you may not realize is that after effects can actually generate 3D content. This is the type of content that you can view on a 3D television or on a lenticular screen or even YouTube wearing special glasses. Let me show you some of the options. Now, here's a scene that we set up in an earlier lesson. You can go to chapter 14 and open up 3D start if you need it. And what we're going to do is create a 3D camera rig. To do this, start by choosing an existing camera then choose layer camera. Create 3D stereo rig. When you do this, After Effects goes through several steps and essentially what it just did was a pretty cool thing. It took two different sides here the left side and the right side. If you were to open each of those up here, if we unlock 'em what you'll see is that it's a composition and it added a second camera slightly shifted.…
