- [Instructor] Depending on the application or infrastructure you want to get logs from, Datadog has different configurations for different types of logs. These logs could be enabled by instrumenting your application or infrastructure using the Datadog agents, or even by creating infrastructure like AWS Kinesis Firehose to read from CloudWatch Logs. Because there are so many existing integrations, it makes it easy to extract logs from your services and infrastructure. Now, let's enable Datadog logs for our service using one of these existing integrations. To set up Datadog logs, we'll visit the logs menu, and click on, get started. Now, as you know we've been running the Datadog agents directly on our systems, so we'll select the server option. Next, we'll click on Node.js, because we're working with a Node.js service.
