- [Narrator] You know what a brainstorming session is. You've seen enough clip art. A bunch of excited types who look like they belong in an ad for kombucha huddle around a table, worshiping a whiteboard. But you're a screenwriter and need something a little more portable. You need to be ready whenever and wherever your gray matter decides to dump its drops of inspiration. That's because you can't command your brain to storm anymore than you can the sky. Fortunately, there are tools of both low and high-tech that facilitate this. A drugstore pad and pencil work just fine. The moment a creative thought occurs to you, jot it down.
