All these movements need to be recorded in SAP using personnel actions to make sure the employees receive the pay and benefits that they're entitled to. Now, let's go step by step to transfer an employee from one position to another at our company. To do this, we'll enter transaction code PA40. We could search for our employee or enter our personnel number directly. We'll use personnel number two, which is Xavier Smith. Now we need to select the personnel action we need to execute.
