Adding drama to a scene in Photoshop

- [Instructor] In this two part project, we'll see how we can add drama to a scene using the following techniques. This is where we begin, and we're going to end up with something like this by applying color grading, changing the sky, changing the time of day, adding film grain, and adding more intense and dramatic lighting. Let's begin by adding the color grading. I'll convert my layer to a smart object, right click to the right of the layer name, convert to smart object, so that I can apply the camera raw filter in a non-destructive way. Here, I will come to the color mixer and to the saturation sliders. I'll desaturate the yellows, the greens, and the blues. I'll also come to the color tab and desaturate the whole image. One more thing I'd like to do here, and that's come to lens blur, a feature that's not officially released yet. I'm going to apply that, so that we can have a more narrow depth of field.
