- [Instructor] Sharing can also be done with a link. Links can be shared via email, on a website, in a doc, sheet, or other slide presentation, or any number of other ways. Links are unique to the presentation and can't be customized. By default, the link for presentation only allows the people who have been added to the presentation to access it with their assigned permissions. Select Copy Link to copy it to your device's clipboard. Select Change to Anyone with the Link to generate a link that anyone can access to view the presentation. Select Viewer to change the permission to Commenter or Editor.
