Inserting objects into slides
- [Instructor] Adding audio and video to a slide can enhance the story the presentation is created to tell. To add a video, open the insert menu and select video. Choose your video from Google Drive, a YouTube search, or a direct URL. To add an audio file, open the insert menu and select audio. Audio files have to be stored in Google Drive. Slide supports the playback of both mp3 and web files. Like any object, you can place the audio and video anywhere on the slide. Video and audio objects also have several formatting options. After you have added the object, right click on the video or audio to open the format options panel. For videos, you can change the start and end times for playback, choose whether to autoplay the video when presenting the slide, and choose whether to also play the audio if the video has it.
