- [Narrator] If your organization uses Power BI, you can also add Power BI reports directly into a PowerPoint slide. To access published reports such as the one I'll demonstrate now, you can go to app.powerbi.com. Let's go there now and have a look at what's available. So you can have a bit of a poke around here and see some sample reports that you can use. I'm going to grab this corporate spend one, which I have saved into my workspace, and I'm going to choose the variance analysis that I want to include in my PowerPoint slide. So I'll go to the URL at the top there, control C to copy it onto the clipboard. And then I'll go now to a completely brand new PowerPoint presentation. I'll go to the insert Power BI, and I will need to sign in again, even though I've already signed in. And I'll just paste the URL here and that will insert that page directly into PowerPoint and you can see at the bottom when it was last updated, which is quite useful, and that has now been included in my…
