- [Instructor] As a leader in your organization, it's likely that you might find yourself in the awkward position where there are two people in your organization on opposite sides of the political spectrum who cannot get together, they can't work together anymore because their political ideologies are too far apart and they keep on getting into arguments. And then they look to you as the leader to solve the problem. And this puts you in a really tough position, because you don't want to seem partisan in any way, you don't want to seem as though you're leaning to one employee in favor of the other, or leading in favor of one political ideology versus the other. It's a really tricky situation. And so what we can do is utilize the skills of a trained mediator in order to be more effective.
