- [Instructor] This approach consists in establishing different level of risk based on the potential impact of the outcome related to the specific kinds of AI use cases. Completely forbidden, high risk, limited risk, and minimal risk AI use cases. For example, are you building a solution that could potentially impact physical safety? Well, that could be considered a high level of risk with specific compliance and monitoring obligations, including sending information to a European repository for AI transparency logs. Is there any company or social scoring? That's considered prohibited because of the unacceptable risk from an European perspective. Are you leveraging generative AI? Then you have specific obligations for AI transparency with limit level risk, but also additional requirements because of the use of these generative AI technologies.
