- [Instructor] All right so throughout this course we have been building up a file called Sales.pbix and just wanted to briefly show you what the contents of that file are. And as I've mentioned earlier on in the course here,is that one of the secret sauces in behind PowerBI is the fact that the pbix file is actually broken into two different pieces. So we can see here in this diagram that we've got our dataset and our report and the ability to keep the data and the report as two separate objects is in my mind one of the very important architectural differentiations between Excel and PowerBI. Because Excel bundles your data and reporting all into one, it's very difficult to separate the two out and it's very difficult to achieve any level of sharing. Whereas with PowerBI, the fact that we've got a separate data set, which is often where a good portion of your work goes in any analytic endeavor, we can go ahead and put all that work into the dataset, make it usable by many different…
