Changing the Reports menu in GA4 - Google Analytics Tutorial
From the course: Advanced Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Changing the Reports menu in GA4
- A really great feature in GA4 is the ability to revise the Reports menu to be exactly what you need. You can change what reports are shown and even what they are named. But before we go through changing the reports menu, I want to cover two important points. First, keep in mind that when you make these changes, there is no backup. Once the change is made, that's it. You can't undo it. Second, unless you're using a paid Google Analytics account, which is called a 360 account, these changes that you make are for everyone using the account, not just you. Google may change this in the future, but that is the reality for non-paid Google Analytics users at the time of recording this video. That means that before you change anything in the Reports menu, you should check with everyone else using GA4 and make sure you won't accidentally remove or delete something that they already use every day. To customize the reports navigation, we're going to go into the Library option here at the bottom…
