Zuccarini is constantly thinking about the emotion attached to lingerie, and her goal is to create products that make women of all ages and sizes feel their best while getting dressed and undressed. Position Overview: The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Wholesale in driving the growth of our wholesale business. This position will manage key accounts, oversee sales operations, and build strong relationships with retail partners. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a passion for luxury fashion and a proven ability to deliver profitable growth.


Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Support the Director of Wholesale in managing key wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for select accounts, fostering strong relationships and addressing partner needs proactively.
  • Develop and maintain close, collaborative relationships with accounts to understand their unique needs and ensure the brand’s consistent representation.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Assist in developing and implementing global sales strategies to expand the brand’s presence across department stores, specialty stores, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Wholesale to identify new distribution opportunities and evaluate potential retail partners.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to the Director of Wholesale.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Wholesale in coordinating with logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth operations.

Trade Shows & Market Appointments:

  • Organize and attend trade shows, market appointments, and other industry events to showcase the brand and secure orders.
  • Prepare sales materials and presentations to support effective product storytelling.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in wholesale sales within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
  • Strong relationships with retail buyers and experience managing major wholesale accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.


Salary | $90,000 - $95,000 BOE
