Banesco USA is seeking a Client Relationship Manager – Business & Professional for our Coral Gables Banking Center.
Primary Job Duties
Responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding banking center production and sales goals (as defined by the bank) which are tracked at both the individual and banking center level to grow non-interest bearing and interest-bearing deposits, referring qualified consumer and business loans, growing fee income through Treasury Management and ancillary services, and referring new and existing clients to the appropriate lines of business.
Champions the Banesco’s Sales Process through coaching and leadership to achieve sales targets in areas like deposit generation, fee income, and loan referrals.
Identify opportunities and implement plans to increase sales and cross-sales within assigned banking centers.
Adhere to all sales leadership expectations, including inside and outside calling efforts
Understands all bank products, services, and sales delivery processes to educate and coach banking center staff as needed.
Provide guidance and supervision to banking center staff in the oversight of the day-to-day banking center operational activities in accordance with all bank policies and procedures.
Responsible for the banking center team and providing support, coaching, and guidance when necessary.
Provide day-to-day customer service to the clients assigned to your portfolio and your banking center.
Responsible in assisting the banking center team in the administrative portion of the customer relationship, including reviewing NSF, overdraft, wire transfers, etc.
Responsible for completing all requests from BSA, answering KYC, ECS and RFI’s on a timely basis.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Work with centralized Banking Center Operations to achieve satisfactory audit and quality control results.
Maintain accurate records and protect banking center assets.
Provide support and coverage to other banking centers as needed.
Contributes to the overall profitability of the team through cost controls, income generation and banking center marketing efforts.
Participate in community and business functions/groups/associations to ensure a positive image for the bank within the region’s marketplace in an effort to establish referral contacts within the community.
Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in business administration preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience: Five (5) of experience in the Banking industry with intermediate knowledge in branch operation activities, terminology and products and services
Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read, and write both languages.
Strong relationship development skills, cross-selling techniques, and adaptability to changing client needs and market conditions.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills to ensure satisfaction with both internal and external customers while managing multiple client accounts.
Connect with professionals in the field and attend industry events to learn about opportunities and gain insights.
The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to improve client relationships and satisfaction can be valuable.
Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Understanding of relevant state and federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies.
Ability to understand and adhere to bank instructions, procedures, and policies.
