Mike Cox of Robert Half is currently partnered with a high growth Consumer Goods/Cosmetics company in Los Angeles with their recruitment of a Vice President, Finance.
Reporting to the CEO/President this is a unique opportunity to bring your best-in-class skills and experiences to an entrepreneurial company and add immediate value.
To be considered you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree ideally with CPA or MBA
- At least 10 years accounting and finance experience
- 3+ years being the Finance and Accounting lead at a CPG/Cosmetics company
- Strengths of partneing with Executives to make strategic decisions.
- Be the super user of their NetSuite system.
- Ability to build, lead and develop accounting staff
