Trademark Associate Attorney

A full service IP firm is looking to add a Trademark Associate Attorney in their Chicago office:

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in any of the following:

- Conducting trademark clearances and drafting opinions

- Prosecuting and drafting trademark applications

- Managing, building, and enforcing trademark portfolios

- Trademark related litigation experience (anti-counterfeiting, domain disputes, trademark enforcement, etc.)

- The firm has a lockstep compensation structure ($200-300k), 1900 billable requirement, and hybrid set up
