Dodgers 365 Tours, the team behind the iconic Stadium Tour at Dodger Stadium, is responsible for creating memorable experiences for tourists and fans from around the world, while delivering lasting and meaningful interactions during the regular baseball season and beyond. Tours truly puts the 365 in Dodgers 365.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and implement new Tours programs, partnerships and ventures – both on non-gamedays and gamedays
Manage strategic scheduling of non-standard tour types and divest from unsuccessful tour programs
Analyze pricing for existing and new programs including developing a peer group for comparison, and develop reporting and systems to evolve Tours programming
Represent the Dodgers at tradeshows, sales missions, meetings and events, acting as a liaison to deepen customer or potential client relationships to identify strategic opportunities to increase revenue
Develop and analyze reporting and systems to track financials to budget and create new proformas to vet new programs or events
Manage scheduling of operations and tour guides including weekend non-gameday Stadium Tours and Pregame Tours
Create and develop weekly Tour Guide schedule, create and evolve staffing systems and structure
Work with Senior Manager, Tours to hire department staff including on call tour guides and leads, develop training materials and execute training sessions
Collaborate with our Dodgers 365 Team to oversee Tours in tandem with Dodger Stadium public and private events
Collaborate with internal departments including Security, Guest Services, Stadium Operations, Merchandise, Catering/Concessions to ensure smooth execution of events
Work with prospective Tour Customers and groups to plan and schedule Stadium Tours and other offerings
Respond to all public and private tour inquires to ensure the highest level of customer service
Perform related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, or education equivalent, preferably in the Hospitality or Tourism related fields
Minimum 3 years previous experience in hospitality, events, or the travel and tourism industry
Availability to regularly work weekends, and a nontraditional schedule working during the day and evenings, including holidays and overtime as needed
Bilingual – Spanish, Japanese or Korean a plus
Must be comfortable speaking to large and diverse audiences
Experience, knowledge and interest in baseball, and prior sports industry or stadium or arena venue experience preferred
Ability successfully design and implement cross-functional projects
Possess excellent reasoning, problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills
Ability to perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision with specific assignments
Experience working with and managing Union Staff a plus
Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Maintain high levels of safety and customer service standards at all times
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Minimum physical requirements: Able to travel to, and move throughout, various areas of the ballpark stand for prolonged periods of time; navigate stairs; and be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
