Position Title: Supply Chain Alaska – Procurement Associate

Reports to: Supply Chain Director

Department: Supply Chain Alaska

Location: Anchorage

Classification: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Service Orders and Field Service Contracts in GEP.
• Process change orders.
• Provide comprehensive support to requisitioners to ensure the fulfillment of requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Supply Chain requirements during the creation of Service Orders and Field Service Contracts in GEP.
• Creation and maintenance of Pricebooks.
• Offer general support for the Requisition-to-Pay process.
• Manage Workflow Purchase Order Exceptions.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment, address concerns, and track ongoing projects and new initiatives.
