Driving Operational Excellence
- Set the Standard, Raise the Bar – Build and execute next-level strategies to ensure every Saucy! location runs at peak performance, driving efficiency, compliance, and readiness while staying locked into big-picture goals.
- Launch, Innovate, Execute – Lead the charge on New Store Openings (NSO), product and procedure development, and operational rollouts making sure every move is seamless and scalable, while protecting operational guardrails and standards.
- System Smarts & Service Flow – Optimize tech, training, and execution strategies to keep service fast, fresh, and flawless.
- Squad Up for Success – Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Field Ops, IT, and HR/Training to ensure brand consistency and next-level performance across the board.
- Brand & Food Safety Boss – Own compliance like a pro, leading restaurant audits and ensuring every location meets top-tier standards.
- Smart Spend – Manage budgets for equipment, systems, and processes, always optimizing for max impact.
- Stay Hungry for Growth – Keep pushing forward, spotting game-changing best practices and integrating them into daily operations.
- Solve, Elevate, Repeat – Bring bold, innovative solutions to operation challenges, present wins & learnings to senior leadership executives, and keep pushing the boundaries of operational excellence.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent restaurant industry experience.
- 10+ years in restaurant operations, including multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong P&L management, process optimization, and strategic execution experience.
- Numbers & Strategy Are Your Playground – You know P&L management inside and out and can make strategic, data-driven decisions that boost profitability.

- Hybrid work schedule and year-round flex day Friday (Note: Hybrid Onsite/Field expectations will be discussed during the Welcome Party with your PCBP).
