Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sr Director – Sales to lead our Home Depot and eCommerce businesses. Top line growth, specifically in B2B sales, is a key priority for Levolor and Hunter Douglas over the next few years and requires a leader who can set and execute a clear strategy for current accounts and drive new business within the eCommerce space. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of initiative and strong background in strategic account management, data analysis and decision making, and digital brand development as well as experience providing quality customer experience and driving revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Lead the Home Depot channel with a focus on growth and execution for the retailer. Partner with Field Sales team to drive aisle sales and expansion of HD Pro business.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce growth sales strategy with a branded and private branded portfolio of customers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow e-commerce within and beyond current channels. Build key partnerships with new partners and execute.
- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the HD and eCommerce accounts, ensuring products are appropriately placed to drive high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to enhance product visibility for online and retail customers through product placement, offerings, and digital marketing presence.
- Analyze channel performance metrics, identify trends (within Levolor and in industry), and make data-driven decisions to drive results.
- Develop strong relationships with direct report(s), key partners, and vendors to enhance team and account supprot capabilities.
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management either with Home Depot or eCommerce accounts
- Proven track record of driving account revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility and overseeing digital marketing strategy.
- Experience in selling products on Amazon and knowledge of retailer specific policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and maximize performance. (Preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-based decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, etc.
