The Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle various automotive repair tasks. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions. Ultimately, the Service Manager will drive the success of the service department by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in a service management role within the automotive or marine industry.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, preventive maintenance, and automotive repair processes.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer interaction and satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in automotive service management or related field.
Experience with electrical troubleshooting and body shop operations.
Familiarity with line maintenance procedures and best practices.
Responsibilities
