Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Mentor, coach, and lead Business Development Representatives, Account Representatives, and a Sales Operations team to exceed targets
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaign efforts and drive conversions
  • Analyze lead acquisition and sales performance metrics to optimize outcomes
  • Forecast revenue, oversee metrics, and present insights to senior leadership
  • Refine sales processes, implement best practices, and scale success across the team
  • Identify and capitalize on account expansion opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or leadership, preferably in lead generation or inside sales
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strategic leader with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
