About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Finance Operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this role will serve a critical function on the broader FinTech team scaling the financial backbone of our go-to-market engine. This person will lead core finance operations initiatives across Salesforce CRM, Deal Desk, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, ensuring seamless integration between sales execution and financial rigor.
As a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations, you will be responsible for building systems and processes that provide end-to-end transparency and efficiency from lead to cash. You will be deeply embedded in forecasting workflows, pricing governance, and SaaS performance metrics that drive predictable growth.

What You’ll Do
Operational Excellence
Own and optimize key finance operations workflows including Deal Desk, sales order approvals, variable compensation, and quote generation to support high-velocity and enterprise deals.
Act as the operational SME for Quote-to-Cash process and systems (e.g., CPQ, billing, subscription management), ensuring process compliance and data accuracy.
Partner with Sales and Revenue leaders to deliver best-in-class sales forecast hygiene, pipeline inspection, and variance analysis.
Execute and monitor AR invoicing and collections.
Systems & Tools Leadership
Serve as the business owner for finance workflows within Salesforce CRM, including opportunity structuring, stage progression, and revenue fields.
Serve as the administrator for our internal Quote to Cash system, define requirements for QTC system enhancements, integrations, and automation.
Work closely with Finance and RevOps on monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring alignment between bookings, revenue, and pipeline reporting.
Analytics & Insights
Define, track, and analyze financial KPIs across the GTM organization (e.g., ARR, ACV, CAC payback, gross retention, expansion rates).
Develop dashboards and operational reports that provide clear visibility into bookings performance, pricing trends, and deal velocity.
Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to executive stakeholders on business performance, deal quality, and revenue risk.
Cross-Functional Enablement
Be a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Account Management to ensure timely deal processing and accurate financial attribution.
Support annual and quarterly planning cycles by advising on headcount productivity metrics, QTC workflow changes, and financial assumptions.
Lead trainings and documentation for sales reps and managers on finance-related policies and systems.
Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
5-8 years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles within B2B SaaS..
Deep familiarity with Salesforce CRM (admin or power-user level) and QTC systems (e.g., CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, RevPro, Conga, or equivalent).
Experience supporting Deal Desk operations, pricing analysis, and quote workflows.
Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metric definitions (ARR, TCV, churn, upsell, pipeline coverage, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a multi-product portfolio or consumption-based pricing models.
Prior involvement in designing or implementing a QTC system migration or optimization project.
Familiarity with financial close processes, revenue recognition, and ASC 606 compliance (working knowledge; not CPA required).
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
