Senior Financial Analyst, (In Office ONLY 1 day/week), 115K-125K

We are looking to fill a Senior Financial Analyst with a progressive service company in Dallas. This is a newly created position due to growth within the organization. This is a large and well-known company that has an excellent track record of growth both organically and through acquisitions. This ideal candidate will have experience working with consolidated financials - budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, building financial models, etc.

This is a hybrid position (1 day/week in office) and pays 115K-125K.

Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis to measure financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends.
• Budgeting, profitability analysis, forecasting and improving inefficiencies.
• Assist with the development of forecast modeling, dashboards.
• Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends and market condition analysis.
• Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics.
• Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement.
• Present and explain findings to executive leadership and across business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field, MBA is a plus.
• Advanced Excel required, Access and major ERP preferred.
• Experience with modeling tools.
• Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work on an evolving team with adaptability and problem solving.
