Senior Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Business Consultant to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings. You will work collaboratively with various departments across the organization to understand customer needs and develop solutions that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess current supply chain processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-optimization opportunities.
• Identify and define business problems or opportunities within the supply chain function.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for supply chain improvement, including automation, technology integration, and process redesign.
• Partner with cross-functional teams both internally and at the customer to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and facilitate change management.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop ROI models for proposed supply chain improvements.
• Manage and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor and measure the impact of implemented solutions and recommend further adjustments as needed.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience with a focus on supply chain, 3-5 years of which should be in business consulting or a related field.
• Experience at Big Four Consulting firm.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and implementing supply chain improvements.
• Experience in the CPG industry with a proven track record of solving Direct to Consumer challenges across the supply chain.
• Expertise in Planning, including Make to Order and Make to Stock.
• Experience in SAP required, with a preference for S/4-specific experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma).
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Tableau) a plus.
