We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across different business units.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and maintain business models, process flows, and reports to support decision-making.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for business improvement.

Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment on business objectives.

Support the implementation of new business processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business outcomes.

Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Ability to create clear and concise business requirements and documentation.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Knowledge of business process modeling (BPM) tools.

Experience with data analysis using SQL or similar tools.

Understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools.
