Our preferred staffing client, a high-growth Salesforce Partner, is looking for a Salesforce Account Executive to drive new business and expand their presence in key industries. This is a hunter role focused on generating net-new business through direct outreach and Salesforce ecosystem relationships. The right candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated sales professional with a strong network of Salesforce Account Executives and a proven ability to close deals in the Salesforce services space.
This is not a role with Madison Avenue directly but part of our Preferred Staffing Department, where we act on behalf of other Salesforce Partners to connect top talent with high-impact opportunities.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building
Utilize outbound sales strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and Salesforce event participation
Salesforce Ecosystem & Relationship Building:
Develop and leverage relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, RVPs, and sales managers to drive referrals and new opportunities
Attend Salesforce hubs, QBRs, Lunch & Learns, happy hours, and other networking events to maximize brand coverage and highlight service offerings
Represent the company at industry conferences, Salesforce World Tours, and regional meetups to strengthen partnerships and drive sales opportunities
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Sell Salesforce implementation and consulting services across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, high-tech, SaaS, education, and financial services
Close deals $75K+ in size and consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure
Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
Conduct discovery calls and presentations to assess client needs and propose tailored Salesforce solutions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and delivery of Salesforce services
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Hunter Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and skilled at identifying and securing new opportunities
Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise: Strong relationships with Salesforce AEs and leadership to generate business
Industry Experience: Previous experience selling Salesforce implementation services to industries like manufacturing, logistics, retail, high-tech, SaaS, education, and financial services
Quota & Deal Size Success: Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing $75K+ deals
Regional Preference: Ideally based in the EST or Central time zones with easy access to their local Salesforce hubs for in-person networking, attending QBRs, and participating in events
Presentation & Client Engagement Skills: Confident in pitching, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts from start to close
