Healthcare Sales Account Executive
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand our market presence. This individual will be responsible for identifying strategic sales opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and fostering relationships with key healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically identify new leads and business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline that includes hospital systems, insurance providers, payors, and related healthcare organizations.
Utilize data-driven insights, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential customers.
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales and long-term partnerships.
Present solutions effectively, demonstrating how our services meet the needs of prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
Strong understanding of hospital systems, insurance providers, and payor networks.
Ability to leverage data, networking, and referrals to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
Targeting a base of $75k with OTE between $95k-$115k
