Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand our market presence. This individual will be responsible for identifying strategic sales opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and fostering relationships with key healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically identify new leads and business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline that includes hospital systems, insurance providers, payors, and related healthcare organizations.
• Utilize data-driven insights, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential customers.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales and long-term partnerships.
• Present solutions effectively, demonstrating how our services meet the needs of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong understanding of hospital systems, insurance providers, and payor networks.
• Ability to leverage data, networking, and referrals to generate leads and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.

Targeting a base of $75k with OTE between $95k-$115k
