The Regional Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned regional clients. This role combines client relationship management, strategic planning, and campaign execution to ensure the delivery of outstanding results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about driving client success in digital marketing and advertising.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is between 65k and 80k annually. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, department equity, training, geography, and local wage and hours laws. Variable Pay is available as well.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for enterprise clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs.
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital advertising strategies aligned with their objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and technical teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs and ROI benchmarks are met.

Project & Account Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of client campaigns, including onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and performance reports for clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze data to track campaign effectiveness and uncover insights to inform future strategies.
  • Create regular reports highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools to identify areas for optimization and deliver continuous improvement.

Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support renewal and growth initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including programmatic, social, search, email, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing, preferably with enterprise-level clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale digital clients in industries such as healthcare, travel, finance, or home improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
