Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
Keep candidates engaged with timely updates and clear communication
Maintain and update candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and internal recruiting process documentation
Collaborate with engineers at all levels and hiring managers across teams
Publish job postings across multiple job board platforms
Manage shipping and track materials for recruiting events
Requirements
Upperclassman or recent graduate pursuing or holding a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource (or a related field)
Minium GPA of 3.4
Ability to work 40 hours a week for 4-6 months (Starting in July 2025)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Quick learner who adapts to new technologies (Greenhouse ATS)
Proactive, flexible, and eager to take on new challenges
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, industry and location standards.
$19-$26 per hour
