Job Description

We’re a team filled with a bunch of competitive, gritty and success-driven individuals that all believe that there isn’t a goal that we can’t crush. Your job is pretty simple: Fill jobs in the automotive and tech industries by building great relationships and choosing quality over quantity. You'll begin in our Recruiter Training Program designed to help you master the technical competencies needed to ensure your success in the role

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline within technical skill focus
• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews
• Manage and maintain relationships with contract employees while on assignment

Skills & Requirements

• Seamless fit into our unique, energetic and gritty culture
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a sales-focused environment
• Super strong communication skills
• Ability to network & develop relationships

Projected Budgeted Compensation

External Hourly Base Compensation: $19.23 + bonus structure

*compensation increases once Training program is completed

Cost of Labor Adjustment applicable in specific markets
