Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing front desk activities, greeting visitors, and providing vital administrative support
Pay Range: $950 - $1250 weekly
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls while taking messages when necessary.
Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
