Job Details
Founder Support & Lifestyle Management
Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
Handle communications, prioritizing urgent matters with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including all logistics.
Provide concierge-style support, managing personal errands and appointments.
Track key deadlines, events, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed.
Organize personal and business documents for easy access.
Fashion & Industry Awareness
Stay current on fashion trends, luxury brands, and industry events.
Curate luxury experiences aligned with the Founder’s preferences.
Track and manage invitations to exclusive events (e.g., fashion shows, launches).
Key Qualifications
6+ years as a Personal/Executive Assistant or Lifestyle Manager, ideally in fashion or luxury.
Deep understanding of fashion/luxury industries and cultural trends.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and tech-savvy.
Discreet, reliable, and able to manage sensitive information with care
