Role Description
This full-time role for an Operations Manager is an on-site position located in Lorton, VA. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and train staff, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinate maintenance schedules, and optimize facility processes. Additional duties include managing budgets, improving operational efficiency, and liaising between different departments to ensure cohesive functioning.
Qualifications
Experience in operations management, facility management, and fleet management
Proficient in safety standards, quality control, and compliance regulations
Strong budgeting, financial planning, and cost control skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
Problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize processes and efficiencies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience with maintenance scheduling and coordination
Knowledge of HVAC, pressure washing, and general maintenance is a plus
