Operations Manager

Seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive production efficiency, optimize processes, and lead a high-performing team in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to improve production, safety, and quality.
• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and mentor teams through goal-setting and performance management.
• Streamline production from order processing to shipment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and report on operational performance.
• Ensure a safe and collaborative work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience implementing process improvements and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
