The Insight Global Consultant Onboarding Department is seeking an Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about providing a seamless onboarding experience for our Consultants while mitigating risk to the company by ensuring that all Consultants we hire meet Insight Global’s and our Client's onboarding criteria prior to beginning assignment.
What You’ll Do:
• Inform newly hired Consultant of their onboarding activities via email & telephone.
• Initiate and complete onboarding activities through multiple systems including, but not limited to, ComTrak, ATLIS, Onboarding365, E-Verify, NAVEX, etc.
• Review results and/or completion of onboarding activities to ensure compliance with IG and Client standards.
• Liaise with screening vendors and proactively work to adjudicate applicable searches in a timely fashion.
• Advise Consultant on status of onboarding activities and when items are needed to complete onboarding activities.
• Manage a high-volume workload with urgency and efficiency.
• Build relationships and partnerships with Consultant Onboarding Leadership, Compliance, Contracts, Legal, National Accounts, AMs and RECs to ensure all Consultants are onboarded correctly and efficiently.
• Promptly respond to inquiries from Consultants and internal customers, escalating when needed.
• Implement and adopt new processes to enhance our Consultant experience and Department performance.
• Maintain knowledge of onboarding activities and requirements to ensure policies and procedures related to background checks, drug screens, work authorizations, client specific documents, required trainings, payroll documents, etc. are met.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• 1+ year of Onboarding and/or Compliance knowledge
• Experience in a fast paced, production driven role with proven customer service abilities.
• Courage to take action and act with a sense of urgency to deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate concisely and effectively with all levels of Consultants, colleagues and staff.
• Attention to detail, highly organized and deadline oriented.
• Strong Excel, data entry, research and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Staffing industry experience is a plus
